Please note billing and shipping addresses must match for your order to be processed. If the billing and shipping address does not match the order will be canceled.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are only made if you have received the wrong item. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once that time period has passed there will be NO REFUNDS.
All consultation appointments will incur a $40 consultation fee. If any service or product greater than the consultation fee is purchased, the consultation fee will be credited. No show and cancellations less than 24 hours will forfeit the consultation fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please keep in mind that custom colors may not come out exactly as the inspirational photo as each bundle of hair will not color the same. We will strive to replicate and we will never be able to duplicate. Gem Hair By Nikki is not responsible for the outcome of any coloring/bleaching service on hair that is not sourced directly from our company. By purchasing any custom color service you acknowledge and agree to this policy. No refunds will be issued for ANY custom color.

Pre-made wigs, are NOT kept in stock at Gem Hair. When a customer places an order for a pre-made wig, Gem Hair then orders the wig from the vendor. This allows for customization to meet the specific requirements of the customer. The processing and fulfillment time for the wig can take up to 21 days. During this time, the vendor receives the order, prepares the wig according to the customer’s specifications, and ships it to Gem Hair for further customization and styling.
Gem Hair takes this time to ensure that the wig is tailored to the customer’s desired look. This customization process takes time and is an important step in delivering a high-quality unit. The goal is to deliver a wig that exceeds the customer’s expectations, and the waiting period is necessary to achieve this level of quality.
Custom-made units are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are taking the correct measurements of your head to avoid sizing issues. Please refer to the measurement chart on your custom-made order form and if necessary a head measurement video guide can be provided upon request. There are NO REFUNDS on units not fitting correct due to incorrect sizing. The construction of custom-made units takes 7-14 business days after receiving the hair, excluding weekends. If expedited service is required, customers must seek approval, and if granted, a $85 rush fee will apply. Once the order is placed you have up to 24 hours to cancel or make any changes. Gem Hair By Nikki reserves the right to be selective in accepting hair that meets our standards. Gem Hair By Nikki is not responsible for the outcome of any coloring/bleaching service on hair that is not sourced directly from our company. By making a payment for our custom services, you are acknowledging and accepting this policy. Additionally, it is imperative that all bundles are washed, and any thread from previous wig use is removed to avoid a $10 per bundle charge for thread removal. The goal is to deliver a wig that exceeds the customer’s expectations, and the waiting period is necessary to achieve this level of quality. Processing time can take up to 7 business days. Please note that the processing time is extended an additional 4-7 business days during holidays and sale periods. Please allow 7-21 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Fulfillment time DOES NOT include shipping time. Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends and holidays. All orders placed on a holiday, after 3 p.m. on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday, the processing time will begin the next business day.
